Naseer Ullah Khan Babar Memorial Hospital, Peshawar invites sealed bids through KP-EPADS for the supply of X-Ray Films (Call Deposit 200,000) and Lab Reagents and Chemical materials (Call Deposit 400,000) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is open to firms duly registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable. Interested bidders shall submit bids electronically through KP-EPADS in accordance with prescribed bidding procedures, with bid security and required documents to be submitted before the closing date and time. The bids shall be opened on 05/10/2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee, bidders and authorized representatives at the Conference Room of Naseer Ullah Khan Babar Memorial Hospital, Peshawar.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA where applicable and possess all valid registrations required under law. Serial numbers 1 to 2 shall be procured through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. The bid validity period is sixty days from the date of opening of bids. Alternate, conditional, incomplete, unsigned, altered or tampered bids shall not be considered. Bids not conforming to prescribed specifications, requirements and terms of bidding documents shall be rejected. Quoted rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027.

The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids' proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid in accordance with Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
