Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites quotations for the supply of heavy duty rubber door mats under RFQ-004041. The procurement concerns two units of Kom Kare 4060CHD or equivalent rubber door mats, each in standard roll size of 4 feet by 160 feet equalling 160 square feet, with 14mm thickness and dark grey or grey charcoal colour. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. This is a straightforward supply procurement with mandatory sample submission for quality approval before order confirmation.
Quotations must be submitted by 18 September 2026 at 5:00 PM. A sample is mandatory for quality approval and the order remains subject to approval of the submitted sample. IBA reserves the right to inspect all material upon delivery and to cancel orders if specifications are not met or delivery is delayed. Payment will be made via crossed cheque following invoice receipt and item delivery. General Sales Tax applies to applicable items, and liquidity damage at 2 percent per month on actual amount will be imposed for delayed delivery.

The rate quoted is final with no changes permitted. All government taxes, levies and charges will be applied as per applicable SRO rates. Stamp duty at 0.35 percent for goods against the total Purchase Order value will be levied accordingly. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to award Purchase Orders to different lowest responsive bidders for individual items or all items to a single lowest responsive bidder.
