Description / Scope of Work
The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites competitive bids for the procurement of Virtual Private Server (VPS) Hosting services under reference NICL/Procurement/2026/36 with EPADS reference P114253. This non-consultancy services procurement is undertaken under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The services are required for NICL operations, with the company having reserved funds from its FY 2026-27 budget to cover eligible payments under the resulting contract. The procurement is open to eligible bidders registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform.
All participating bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit bids accompanied by either a Bid Security in the prescribed form or a Bid Securing Declaration on the format specified in the bidding document. The evaluation of bids will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection methodology as outlined in the detailed terms and conditions contained within the e-Bidding documents. Bidders are advised to review the complete eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria specified in the procurement documentation before preparing their submissions.

Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM.
