Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of National Food Security & Research (MNFSR) invites prequalification applications from national suppliers for a Closed Framework Agreement to supply goods on an on-demand basis throughout the 2026-27 fiscal year. This is a framework procurement with reference number FFW9865, funded through Non-ADP allocations. The framework agreement will be established through a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process at the national level, with the primary objective of enabling efficient, demand-driven procurement of specified goods over a 12-month contract period commencing October 15, 2026.
Eligibility is restricted to national applicants who meet the qualification criteria outlined in the prequalification documents. Interested bidders must obtain full prequalification documents through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) portal and comply with all specified requirements. The prequalification process determines which suppliers will be invited to participate in subsequent call-off bidding rounds under the framework agreement.

Invitations to bid are expected to be issued to successful prequalified applicants on Friday, October 2, 2026, with the framework agreement to be signed by Thursday, October 15, 2026.
