Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division No.1 Faisalabad, operating under the Punjab Buildings Department (Center Zone), invites electronic tenders from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for various construction and building works on items rates basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eProcurement). The tender is issued in accordance with PPRA Rules (amended up to date) and shall be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk with effect from 01 July 2026. The closing date for bid submission is 07 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened at the office of the Commissioner Faisalabad Division on the same date at 11:30 AM. All work is located in Faisalabad, Punjab province.
Intending contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes, holding valid renewed PEC Licenses for the Financial Year 2026-27. All firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). As per PPRA Rules 2014, bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through digital online payment via the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division No.1 Faisalabad on or before the closing date. Successful bidders will furnish 10% Performance Guarantee valid for 03 months beyond completion time or extended completion period within 15 days in favour of the Executive Engineer through the prescribed manner.
Bid documents and tender details are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bidders must submit rates against each item and grand total amounts in financial proposals. Bid security and documents will be accepted only through digital submission via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No manual bids or banking instruments will be accepted. After bid upload, contractors and authorized representatives may attend the opening at the Commissioner Faisalabad Division office on 07 October 2026 at 11:30 AM.
