Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit, Balochistan Education Support Project (PMU-BESP) in Quetta, Balochistan invites expressions of interest from qualified consulting firms to serve as an Independent Verification Agent (IVA). This assignment is part of the Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services in Balochistan (GRADES-B) project, which is supported by a USD 100 million credit from the World Bank. The primary objective of the IVA is to provide independent, evidence-based verification of Performance-Based Conditions (PBCs) to serve as the basis for authorizing disbursements. Eligible firms must demonstrate at least ten years of overall experience, with a specific focus on monitoring, evaluation, and the verification of indicators for social service programs. Experience with disbursement-linked indicators (DLIs) is highly preferred. Interested consultants must submit their proposals documenting their statistical expertise and report-writing capabilities. Submissions must be delivered in written form or via email to the PMU-BESP office no later than 13 May 2026."
