Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for two construction projects located at Kali Tanki, Rawalpindi, Punjab. The first work involves construction of an additional room and kitchen for Mr. Rasheed with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,504,200 and a completion period of 60 days (Reference: DMD(E)/2105/745). The second work comprises construction of a bathroom and store room for Quarter No. NW-724 with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,089,900 and a completion period of 60 days (Reference: DMD(E)/2105/728). The combined project value is approximately Rs. 2,594,100. Both works are to be executed at the Kali Tanki location within WASA Rawalpindi premises.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate construction category and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System as per Government of Punjab directions. Contractors must maintain active tax payer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for the financial year 2026-27. All applicable taxes shall be the responsibility of the contractor at the time of payment release. Current PPRA Rules will be strictly applied, and any violation will result in bid rejection.
Tender documents are available exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System with a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted by 13-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, and opening will occur on the same day at 12:30 PM by the Tender Opening Committee. Manual bids are not acceptable.
