Description / Scope of Work
Kalsoom Social Security Hospital, Okara invites sealed tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS) for the procurement of fire safety equipment and material for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is PKR 10,00,000 (ten lakh rupees) and covers supply and installation of comprehensive fire safety systems and equipment required to meet regulatory standards and enhance safety infrastructure at the hospital facility located in Okara, Punjab.
Intending bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and must meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents. A bid security of PKR 30,000 (3% of estimated cost) is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Pay Order made out to the Medical Superintendent of Kalsoom Social Security Hospital. Bidders are required to upload scanned copies of bid security documents through EPADS, with original hard copies to be submitted physically before closing time; failure to provide original bid security documents will result in automatic rejection.
Tender documents are available on the PESSI and PPRA Punjab websites as well as through the e-Procurement portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk. All submissions must be made electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The closing date for bid submission is 08 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m., with technical bid opening scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on the same day. Tender validity extends for three months until September 2027. The hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or the entire procurement process in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Interested suppliers should register on the platform and submit complete tender documents before the deadline.
