Sports Board Punjab, an autonomous body established by the Government of Punjab under the Youth Affairs & Sports Department, invites expressions of interest from eligible individual consultants to engage a Consultant Sports on a full-time basis during official working hours. The consultant will provide technical assistance for conducting sports events and activities, offer advice in organizing sports competitions and tournaments administered by Sports Board Punjab, the Youth Affairs & Sports Department, or the Directorate General Sports & Youth Affairs Punjab, assist in establishing and managing coaching and training camps, sessions and centres, and facilitate coordination with Pakistan Sports Board, sports boards of other provinces, Pakistan Olympic Association, Punjab Olympic Association, national-level sports federations, and provincial sports associations in Punjab. The detailed scope of services is contained in the Terms of Reference attached to this expression of interest document. Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Deputy Director (Administration), Sports Board Punjab, National Hockey Stadium, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, by 5th October 2026 at 11:45 AM. The expressions of interest will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM by the Individual Consultant Selection Committee. The selection process follows Rule 46 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2024.
