Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites competitive bids for the loading and carriage/transportation of rock salt from Makrach Mine No. 51 at PMDC Salt Mines, Makrach in the Federal Territory. This non-consultancy services contract is part of PMDC's FY 2026-27 procurement programme and will be awarded through a Single Stage-One Envelope open competitive bidding procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform are invited to participate in this national-level procurement.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria and provide proof of registration on EPADS v2.0. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call at deposit, demand draft, or bid securing declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. The tender is governed by the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulations issued by the procurement authority.
