Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for a Framework Contract for Repair Maintenance of Parks in Islamabad under the Procurement and Contract Agreement-I guidelines. This is a recurring service contract for maintenance and repair works across parks in Islamabad, Federal Territory, and will be procured through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 on a Least Cost Based Selection basis in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 or above to be eligible for participation.
