Description / Scope of Work
The Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST) in Mirpur, AJ&K invites sealed bids for the procurement of computing equipment and furniture to establish new CS&IT and Software Engineering labs. This tender covers the supply of 100 high-performance tower PCs featuring Intel Core i7 14th Generation processors and another 100 units equipped with Intel Core i5 14th Generation processors, all including 16GB RAM, 512GB SSDs, and 22-inch LED monitors. Additionally, the university requires 100 revolving computer chairs and 100 wooden computer tables. Well-reputed suppliers registered with the FBR and listed as active taxpayers are eligible to participate on an F.O.R basis. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure under PPRA rules. All bids must be accompanied by the specified Call Deposit Receipt for each lot and a non-refundable tender fee of 2,000 Rupees. Proposals must be submitted by 02:00 PM on 12 May 2026 at the Admin Block in Jari-Kass, where they will be opened the same afternoon.
