Karachi Metropolitan University invites sealed bids through online e-Procurement submission from registered and active firms for the provision of health insurance services. The procurement is for firm health insurance coverage with an estimated budget of PKR 800,000 to Eight Lakh, and a tender fee of Five Thousand rupees. The completion period is one year, extendable as per contractual terms. The university is based in Karachi, Sindh, and seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive health insurance solutions for the institution.
Bidders must be registered and active with applicable tax authorities including NTN and SRB, and demonstrate relevant experience and capabilities as outlined in the bidding documents. All bidders are required to submit the latest valid certificates of NTN and SRB along with required documents, and must complete both technical and financial bids. Bid security arrangements and tender fee payment in the prescribed manner are mandatory. All applicable federal, provincial, and local government taxes shall be borne by the bidder or supplier.
Tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement Manager at Karachi Metropolitan University, Main Campus, North Nazimabad Block M during office hours on payment of the tender fee. Submissions must be made online through the SPPRA EPADS website as specified in bidding documents. The tender will be opened by the Procurement Committee in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
