Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Red Crescent Society Punjab Provincial Branch, based in Lahore, invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the construction of the second floor of the RBDC Building on a labour rate basis without material supply. The estimated project cost is Rs 50 Lacs with a completion period of three months. This is a civil construction project undertaken by the humanitarian organisation at their premises in Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant construction category to be eligible for submission. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money in the form of a Crossed Demand Draft, Demand Draft, or Postal Order equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost from a scheduled bank in favour of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society Punjab. Conditional tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Interested parties can obtain tender documents by submitting a written request on their official letterhead along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 2,000 paid either in cash or deposited with Bank Al-Habib Account No. 0020-0081-0092190-01-1 under the account head "Pakistan Red Crescent Society Punjab". Sealed tenders must be delivered at the office of the Secretary, Pakistan Red Crescent Society Punjab, 2 Shahra-e-Fatima Jinnah Lahore, on or before 5 October 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Tender opening will take place at 1:00 p.m. the same day in the presence of bidder representatives.
