Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Hafizabad, Punjab, invites e-bids for the procurement of IT equipment and machinery for the financial year 2025-2026. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 includes computer systems, printers, and UPS units with an estimated value of 1,000,000 PKR, while Lot 2 focuses on CCTV camera systems and UPS units valued at 1,450,000 PKR. Total estimated procurement is 2,450,000 PKR. Bidding will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure conducted electronically through the EPADS system. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide a 5% bid security.
