State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed technical and financial bids for the procurement of office equipment for its Health & Accidental Insurance (H&AI) Peshawar Zonal Office located at State Life Building, 1st Floor, 34 The Mall, Peshawar Cantt. This procurement is conducted under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules following a Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure via the electronic platform E-PADS. The tender seeks to supply office equipment required for the day-to-day operations of the Peshawar office of one of Pakistan's largest insurance providers, which maintains assets valued in the trillions and holds an AAA rating.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the E-PADS platform, registered with the GST and Income Tax Department, and maintain their own offices with functional phone and fax numbers. Bidders must not be under litigation with State Life or blacklisted by any Provincial or Federal Government Department or autonomous body. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount must accompany all proposals as a separate pay order or bank draft made out to State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. The bid security of successful bidders will be retained and converted into performance security, returnable after the warranty period expires subject to deductions for unsatisfactory performance. All bids must include GST and applicable taxes, and vendors must clearly specify brand names and model numbers for each quoted item in both technical and financial quotations.
