Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology invites bids for procurement of electro medical equipment on a CIF basis. The tender encompasses three main categories: patient bed sets (quantity 140), cardiac monitors (quantity 140), and defibrillators (quantity 22). Total budgetary allocation is approximately PKR 203.5 million. The patient bed sets must be motorized four-sectional units with height adjustment, Trendelenburg function, backrest movement, and CPR capability, complete with mattress and attendant bench. Cardiac monitors are 12-inch touch-operated bedside units capable of displaying vital signs for adult, pediatric and neonatal patients with ECG, NIBP, temperature, pulse oximetry, and arrhythmia analysis features, including 48-hour trend data backup and LAN/WLAN connectivity. Defibrillators must be biphasic external units with synchronized ECG output and internal defibrillation capability. Equipment is to be sourced from any geographical region except India and Israel.
Bidders must comply with ISO 13485:2016 quality standards and obtain US FDA certification for manufacturers not originating from USA, Europe or Japan. Three-year comprehensive warranty with parts coverage from installation date is mandatory for all suppliers. All equipment must operate on 220VAC, 50Hz supply and include full accessories, operational and service manuals as specified.
