The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed requests for proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a Blood Gas Analyser. This procurement, designated as Package No. 18, Lot-K2, is for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II located at G-11/3, Islamabad. The project is being executed on a Delivered Duty Paid basis with an estimated cost of 3.8 million Rupees. Following a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2004, the authority requires an initial bid security of 76,000 Rupees and a bid validity period of 180 days. All interested applicants must be registered on the EPADS portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority as the subject procurement is carried out exclusively through this digital system. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 03:00 PM on 12 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 03:30 PM on the same day.
