Description / Scope of Work
Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment, specifically an electrolyte analyzer (Package No. 19, Lot-B, Item-02) on DAP (Delivered at Place) basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research in Lahore. The procurement is for medical laboratory diagnostic equipment intended to support cancer treatment and research operations at this specialized healthcare facility in Punjab province. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with the complete scope of work including supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of the specified equipment.
Prospective bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System at ep.punjab.gov.pk to participate in this tender. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the amount specified in Annex-I of the bidding document, with a scanned copy uploaded to the e-procurement portal alongside the technical bid. All lots and all items within lots must be quoted by participating firms; any bidder failing to quote all lots and items will be disqualified. The evaluation process will be conducted on the basis of the entire package including all items across all lots to ensure comprehensive assessment of technical and financial proposals.
Bidders must submit completed bids comprising technical and financial proposals on the Punjab E-Procurement System on or before 15:30 HRS PST on October 5th, 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 16:00 HRS PST in the Committee Room at IDAP's ground floor office located at 50-B3, Gulberg III, Lahore, with bidders welcome to attend in person.
