Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the comprehensive maintenance of five ORONA lifts located at its Head Office building. This government tender is organized on a single-stage, two-envelope basis, covering a maintenance period from 2026 to 2029. The scope of work includes daily troubleshooting, weekly preventive servicing, manual cleaning of control panels, and the provision of all necessary lubricants. Bidders are required to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and must provide an undertaking to supply ORONA spare parts within twenty-four hours. The contract requires at least three staff members to be present on-site during office hours to ensure immediate rectification of defects. A bid security of 250,000 Rupees is mandatory and must be submitted via demand draft or pay order from a scheduled bank. All interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals at the Civil Construction Department no later than the specified deadline of 12 May 2026.
