Description / Scope of Work
PDOHA Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one semi-imported capsule type lift for Jasmine Restaurant located at DA Sunset Club in Karachi, Sindh on a turn-key basis. The tender is issued by the Procurement Directorate of DHA Karachi and encompasses complete delivery and operational handover of the lift system. The project scope includes technical specifications, quality assurance, and full commissioning to ensure the lift meets functional and safety standards for the restaurant facility.
Bidders must be reputed manufacturers or suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities. Bid documents can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate office of DHA Karachi at the head office in Phase-1, Karachi upon submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed non-refundable bid document fee of PKR 2,000 in the form of a Pay Order issued in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Eligibility is restricted to firms meeting these registration and financial standing requirements.
Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted at the undersigned office on or before 12 August 2026 by 1030 hours. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 12 August 2026 at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations. Tender submissions received after the specified date and time will not be entertained.
