For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NICL seeks a one-year lift O&M contractor for its Islamabad HQ—a recurring annual services opportunity covering routine/preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and statutory compliance.
Scale appears medium (single building, likely 5–15 lifts). Tight deadline (closing August 12, 2026) and EPADS registration mandatory; this is a straightforward operational contract, not capital-intensive, but requires proven lift maintenance credentials and compliance capability.
Who can bid: Must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Typically, bidders require NTN and valid business registration (SECP or relevant authority). PEC registration not explicitly stated but may be required—verify in full bidding document. No sector restrictions apparent; focus is operational/technical capability.
