Operation and Maintenance of Lifts in NICL Building Islamabad — One Year Contract

The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites bids for the operation and maintenance of lifts in its building located at 63 Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad, Federal Territory, for a contract period of one year. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under reference P68117, funded from NICL's FY 2026-27 budget allocation. The procurement follows Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The scope of work includes all aspects of lift operation, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and statutory compliance for the building's lift systems.

Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) to participate. Eligible bidders are those registered on EPADS v2.0 and meeting all specified eligibility criteria. All bids must be secured by a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration in the form prescribed in the bidding document. E-bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
