Description / Scope of Work
The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (USC) is inviting expressions of interest from eligible consulting firms to resolve issues related to its immovable properties. The objective of this consultancy is to clear pending property matters with various authorities to prepare assets for immediate sale in compliance with PPRA rules and Ministry guidelines. Selection will follow the 'Least Cost Selection method' under a single-stage, one-envelope procedure. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026. Bidding documents detailing the scope of work and requirements are available on the E-PADS portal, the PPRA website, and the official USC website
