Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) in Lahore, Punjab invites Expressions of Interest from eligible national consulting firms for the capacity building of environmental and social aspects in hydropower development. This project, supported by World Bank financing under Grant No. TF0C9206, focuses on Gap Analysis, Training Design and Delivery, and both local and international learning activities. Interested firms must be registered with the SECP and PEC, possess a valid NTN, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. The selection process will follow the Consultant's Qualifications Based Selection (CQS) as per World Bank Procurement Regulations. Detailed terms of reference are available on the WAPDA website until May 6, 2026. Interested consultants must deliver their written expressions to the General Manager (HRM) at WAPDA House in Lahore. The submission deadline is 12:00 PM on May 7, 2026, with the evaluation scheduled to begin immediately afterward at 12:30 PM on the same day.
