The Lahore Electric Supply Company in Lahore, Punjab invites expressions of interest from reputable and eligible firms for the deployment and outsourcing of Assistant Linemen (ALM) within its operational network. As a leading power distribution company serving over 6.9 million consumers across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana districts, LESCO is seeking professional services to enhance its technical workforce. The selection process will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection method and a single-stage two-envelope procedure in strict accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must submit their proposals through the EPADS 2.0 system. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 06 May 2026 to address queries regarding the terms of reference. The final deadline for electronic bid submission is 11:00 AM on 13 May 2026, with technical bids set to be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the LESCO Headquarters on Queens Road.
