Skilled Persons Supply and O&M Services for 110/66KV Sub Station by Jamshoro Power

Jamshoro Power Company Limited, operating under Genco Holding Company Limited, invites bids on a lump sum basis for the hiring of a firm-contractor to supply skilled persons for the operation and maintenance of critical power infrastructure at River Indus site in Sindh. The scope of work encompasses staffing for O&M services across four facilities: one 110/66KV sub station, one workshop, one water pre-treatment plant, and one intake facility at River Indus TPS, Jamshoro. This is a specialized procurement of human resources and technical expertise for essential power generation and distribution operations. The contract reference is PIDH/08/2026.

Eligibility is restricted to firms registered in the Federal Board of Revenue and the Sindh Revenue Board. Bidding shall be conducted through a single-stage, one-envelope procedure following PPRA Rules, with evaluation based on the Least Cost Based Selection method to identify the Most Advantageous Proposer/Bidder. Bid security is set at five percent of the quoted bid value. Interested firms must demonstrate capability to provide qualified personnel meeting the technical and operational requirements for power station staffing.

Bidders must submit proposals electronically via ePADs on or before 11:00 hours on 30 July 2026. The bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. Bid validity extends for 90 days following the opening of proposals.
