Cadet College Khanpur, located in District Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the purchase, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of computer and communication laboratory equipment. The project scope includes supply of 40 complete tower computer systems (brand-new or certified refurbished as per technical specifications), Dell or Lenovo LCD/LED monitors only, keyboards, optical mice, power cables, USB headsets with microphone, and HD webcams for each workstation. The bidder must also provide physical installation, cable management, power connection, basic networking, operating system setup, functional testing, LAN/internet connectivity configuration, network switches, router/firewall, Wi-Fi access points and patch cords as required. Furniture is strictly excluded from this tender. The indicative target price for one complete tower system set is PKR 65,000 before applicable sales tax. Tender reference is CCK/IT/2026/___.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide valid NTN and GST/Sales Tax registration certificates, company registration certificates with valid authorization, affidavit of non-blacklisting on stamp paper, proof of prior experience in similar computer, networking or laboratory projects, manufacturer/distributor authorization where available, detailed technical compliance statements, and warranty/after-sales service commitments. Bid security equal to 5% of the quoted bid value must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of Cadet College Khanpur. A Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of contract value is required within seven days of Letter of Acceptance issuance if demanded by the procuring authority.
Bid documents must be submitted as sealed envelopes using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning must be finished within 15 calendar days from Work Order issuance. Evaluation will be based on valid firm documentation (10 marks), relevant IT/computer project experience (25 marks), technical staff capability (15 marks), equipment specifications compliance (20 marks), financial soundness (10 marks), and presentation/lab design execution plan (20 marks).
