Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) under the Government of the Punjab invites competitive bids for the procurement of training material for Electrical and Civil Technology programs at Govt. College of Technology Mianwali. The tender, referenced as GCT/MWI/2026-27/04, covers an estimated contract value of Rs. 812,472 and will be executed under the Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure on an accumulative cost basis using the least cost method. The procurement scope encompasses specialized training equipment and materials required to support the institution's technical education delivery in Mianwali, Punjab.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan to be eligible for participation. A refundable bid security of Rs. 16,250 (equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount) must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. All bidders are required to submit current Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with their proposals to demonstrate compliance with tax obligations and regulatory requirements.
