Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for calibration of fuel storage and metering equipment at its facility in Skardu Airport, Sindh. The scope comprises calibration of three aviation refueller and pumper tanks (R-13 at 18 kilolitres capacity, P-1 and P-2 each at 20 kilolitres capacity) and one master meter with maximum and minimum flow rates. Calibration shall follow API 2555 and API MPMS standards with level-versus-volume establishment directly measured, using product or water with gravity correction for Jet A-1 (standard gravity 0.775 to 0.840 at 15°C). Two runs minimum shall establish 0.02% accuracy repeatability. Calibration charts with 2-millimetre increments and approver stamps shall be delivered within 20 days of completion. The work is located at Skardu Airport and is issued under SAP Number 6100018313 with quotation deadline 4 October 2026.
The contract is a complete turn-key engagement requiring the vendor to provide all labour, tools, materials, consumables, transportation, computer-generated calibration certificates, and verification fees with local weights and measures departments. The vendor must deploy a certified supervisor, comply with PSO safety and HSE procedures, provide personal protective equipment to staff, and ensure any property damage is repaired without additional cost. All calibration activities must occur under PSO authorised representative supervision with detailed work methodology submitted at pre-startup meeting. The master equipment must have valid, traceable, and original calibration certificates reviewed during inspection. Vendors must obtain entry passes and clearance from air security forces.
