Description / Scope of Work
The Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital in Sialkot, Punjab invites sealed bid tenders to conclude a framework contract for the bulk purchase of various medical supplies for the financial year 2026-27. The extensive scope of this procurement includes medicines, surgical disposables, surgical sutures, surgical dressings, cotton, gauze, bandages, eye lenses, and laparoscopic disposable dialysis items, as well as dental materials. This tender is open to manufacturers and sole agent importers who possess established technical, financial, and managerial credentials. The procurement process will follow the single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit a bid security amounting to 1 percent of the estimated price. Both technical and financial proposals must be uploaded electronically via the E-PADS portal. Samples of the quoted items must be received by the hospital on the submission date. The deadline for the electronic submission of bids is 10:30 AM on 14 May 2026, with the technical bids scheduled to be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
