Description / Scope of Work
The Office of PD GSC FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO)) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of material required for the supply and installation of a new 132 KV Grid Station on Silanwali Road in Sargodha, Punjab. This is a goods procurement under the FY 2026-27 procurement plan, conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The project reference is P112780 and procurement will be executed in Sargodha with technical oversight from the FESCO Chief Engineer's office located at Agriculture University, Daewoo Road, Faisalabad City.
All interested bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or alternatively, a bid securing declaration in the specified format. The bidding process follows the regulatory framework established by the Government of Punjab for public procurement of goods.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
