306 Spares Depot Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Quetta Cantonment invites quotations for the supply of B Vehicles Motor Transport spares under Invitation Tender Number 7 for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender is issued under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) framework and applies to procurement across all regions of Balochistan Province and throughout Pakistan, with optional separate rates for regions outside Balochistan. Quotations must be submitted in hard copy and soft copy formats, with rates valid through 31 December 2027 and inclusive of all government taxes including General Sales Tax and Income Tax.
Eligible bidders must be security-cleared by General Headquarters and registered with the Defence organization or 306 Spares Depot, though unregistered firms may complete registration within ten days of tender opening. Firms quoting imported items must provide original authorized dealership letters and agency agreements from principals. A mandatory bid security equivalent to 5 per cent of the total bidding amount and an IT fee of Rs. 5,000 must accompany each submission. No columns in quotations may be left blank; items not quoted must be marked NQ. Quotations with cutting, overwriting, or missing country-of-origin information will be rejected.
Quotations must be deposited in a tender box before 10:00 hours on 14 October 2026 in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical Offer and Commercial Offer, with separate CDs or USB drives for each envelope. The tender will be opened on 14 October 2026 at 11:00 hours in the presence of vendors. Advance samples will be required for quality and technical feasibility assessment. Delivery must comply with advance sample specifications and be supported by technical literature.
