The GE (Navy) Construction Manora invites pre-qualification applications from contractors and firms for the provision of furniture for the construction of a 256-bed men's barrack with dining hall at PNS Shifa in Karachi, Sindh. The estimated contract value is 1.624 million rupees and falls under Clause 13, 15 and 16 of the PPRA Rules 2004. Non-MES contractors are required to deposit earnest money equivalent to the treasury receipt amount in a government treasury or scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of GE (Navy) Construction Manora. If a tender from an unenrolled contractor is accepted, an additional security deposit of 300,000 rupees is mandated. The earnest money is refundable if the tender is rejected and all documents are returned.
Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted by 02 October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 12:00 PM. Tenderers should provide complete documentation including moveable and immoveable assets lists, personnel details, machinery and equipment inventories, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificates. The accepting officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications under Para-33 of PPRA Rules 2004, and incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
