Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites electronic bids under single stage one envelope bidding procedure for the supply of New LT Paper Covered Copper Strip and New HT Enamelled Copper Wire according to WAPDA specifications. The tender comprises five items of LT Paper Covered Copper Strip in various dimensions (3x4mm to 7x5.5mm) with quantities ranging from 2,000 to 8,000 kilograms, and four items of HT Enamelled Copper Wire (0.6mm to 1.5mm diameter) with quantities from 6,000 to 20,000 kilograms. All supplies are required to meet WAPDA specifications referenced to BSS standards. The tender is issued from FESCO's Material Management office in Faisalabad, Punjab, under local funds and involves rates in local currency inclusive of all taxes and duties without foreign exchange elements.
Bidders must be duly prequalified and registered firms in M-19 category, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Original Bid Security Instruments must be physically submitted to the office of the Director (Material Management) before the deadline; online submission of bids does not constitute valid participation without the physical security instrument. Notification of Bid Evaluation Committee constitution as per PPRA Rules 2004 is available on EPADS portal.
