The Aircraft Rebuild Factory (ARF), Directorate of Logistics at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra in Attock district, is inviting sealed tenders from sales tax registered firms for the procurement of two specialized items for JF-17 aircraft operations. Tender ARF/PROV-001/2026-27 concerns the supply of one Hand Riveter Tool Kit, while Tender ARF/PROV-002/2026-27 is for the procurement of one Wing Tank Cleaning Airtight Tester. Both tenders are issued on a single stage two envelope basis, requiring separate technical and commercial submissions. Bidders must be registered for sales tax and are required to submit earnest money deposits at five percent of the quoted value, not exceeding PKR 0.4 million, in the form of a CDR in favour of the CMA (ISO) Rawalpindi at the time of tender opening. Technical offers must be submitted without prices and include all relevant specifications, manufacturer literature, brochures, validity period, delivery timeframe, GST registration copies, Professional Tax certificates, current financial year Sales Tax Return, and relevant SRO documentation. Commercial offers must clearly indicate item prices, delivery schedule, and confirmation of terms and conditions, accompanied by identical supporting documentation.
Tenders must be submitted in original form and reach the Director Logistics at Aircraft Rebuild Factory, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra, Distt. Attock by 10:30 hours on 30 September 2026. Quotations sent by courier must arrive at least one working day before the opening date. Tender opening will take place on 13 October 2026 at 1100 hours in the presence of available suppliers. Quote validity must extend until 30 June 2027, delivery is required within four to twelve weeks, and country of manufacture must be clearly stated.
