Description / Scope of Work
The Postmaster General Northern Punjab Circle Rawalpindi, Directorate General, Pakistan Post, is inviting prequalification applications from national suppliers for an Open Framework Agreement to supply stationery on an on-demand basis. The framework agreement, reference number FFW9883, is intended to provide flexible procurement of stationery items through subsequent call-off contracts over a 12-month period commencing October 26, 2026. Funding is sourced from Non-ADP resources. The procurement is open to all national applicants meeting the specified eligibility criteria, with the framework operating from the Rawalpindi office located opposite FWO RA bazar on Kashmir Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi, in Punjab province.
Eligibility is restricted to national applicants who satisfy the qualification criteria detailed in the prequalification documents. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in stationery supply and meet any applicable registration and legal requirements.
