Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Fisheries Sindh (Inland), Hyderabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of goods under reference number DGF (I)/ NIT ADP Gene/ 32-08 /2026. This single-stage, one-envelope bidding process is open to eligible bidders and covers the supply of goods as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements and Bill of Quantities provided in the bidding document. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with applicable government rules and regulations for procurement in Sindh province, with the bid venue and all related activities taking place at the Fisheries Complex, Old Wahdat Colony, Hyderabad.
Bidders must submit bids in English language in Pakistani Rupees and are required to furnish bid security equivalent to five percent of their offered bid value. The bid validity period is sixty days from the date of bid opening. Eligible bidders should ensure they possess all necessary documentation demonstrating their eligibility, including evidence of registration with relevant authorities and compliance with any sector-specific requirements. All supporting documents to judge specification compliance must be included with the technical proposal.
Bidding documents are available from the date of publication during office hours and must be downloaded or obtained by 12:00 noon on 07-10-2026. Bids must be submitted at the Fisheries Complex, Old Wahdat Colony, Hyderabad, before or up to 01:00 pm on 08-10-2026, with technical and financial proposals opened the same day at 02:00 pm.
