Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Division Thatta in Thatta, Sindh invites electronic bids for a comprehensive series of twenty-five rehabilitation and renovation projects across government offices and residential colonies at Makli. The scope of work includes the renovation of the Executive Engineer Building Office, the Deputy Commissioner Complex, and various residential quarters in Hashimabad, Revenue, and GOR colonies, as well as the remaining construction work for the Auditorium Thatta and its entry gate. This procurement is conducted via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above (C-5 for larger projects) with specialized codes CE01, CE09, and CE10. Requirements include a 5 percent bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt, evidence of similar works completed in the last five years, and audited financial reports. All electronic bids must be submitted through the portal by 10:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day
