The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from qualified and experienced construction firms for the comprehensive renovation, rehabilitation, and repair of Blocks C and D located at the Chaudhary Shareef Complex in Keamari. This critical infrastructure project aims to restore the structural integrity and functional utility of the government facility under a single-stage, single-envelope bidding process. Interested bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C4 or above with specialized codes including CE-10, CE-09, and BC-04. The scope of work involves civil repairs, electrical installations, and finishing works according to the provided technical specifications and Bill of Quantities. Eligibility requires being on the Active Taxpayer List of the FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, with a proven track record of completing projects of similar magnitude. Technical proposals must demonstrate financial soundness with a minimum average annual turnover of 75 million Rupees. All bids must be accompanied by a 2 percent bid security and submitted to the Customs House no later than 11:00 AM on the closing date.
