For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
A medium-scale renovation contract valued at Rs. 13.24 million for a bank branch in Rahim Yar Khan with a tight 45-day completion deadline. The project follows standard PPRA procurement rules with a 2% bid security requirement. Notably, the tender explicitly mandates all-inclusive pricing with taxes upfront and rejects alternative proposals, meaning bidders must adhere strictly to specifications. Single-stage two-envelope evaluation reduces negotiation scope. The tight timeline and banking sector requirements suggest demand for experienced, well-resourced contractors capable of coordinated execution.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state PEC category or registration requirements. Typically, construction contractors bidding on Bank of Punjab projects must hold valid PEC registration (category appropriate to project scale), valid NTN certificate, and SECP/relevant authority registration. Bank contracts often require contractor insurance and performance track record.
