Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department in Mianwali, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for several construction and maintenance projects across the district. The primary scope of work involves the establishment of enforcement stations for the Punjab Revenue Authority (P&RA) in Tehsil Isakhel and Tehsil Piplan, alongside multiple maintenance and repair (M&R) projects for the District and Session Court complex, Judicial Colonies, and Camp Offices in Mianwali and Piplan. Engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority e-PADS system to be eligible for participation. Bidders are required to quote rates against each item rather than a percentage, and successful bidders must furnish a ten percent performance guarantee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS portal. All bids will be retrieved and announced at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle Sargodha. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
