Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Eastern Zone CMG in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for various uplifting and beautification projects under ADP No. 949 / 251118 for the 2025-26 financial year[cite: 3]. The comprehensive scope of work includes the illumination, repair, and rehabilitation of the Old Historical City Wall and various historical gates in Peshawar, alongside the rehabilitation of model streets across multiple neighborhood councils[cite: 3]. These works are based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and non-MRS items, following a single-stage two-envelope procedure[cite: 3]. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the PEC, Local Council Board, KPPRA, and enlisted with the C&W Department[cite: 3]. A 2% earnest money deposit is required for each scheme, with project amounts ranging from 10 million to 25 million Rupees[cite: 3].
