Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services in Sakesar, Punjab invites sealed tenders for a wide range of maintenance and facility improvement works at the PAF base. This procurement includes thirteen distinct lots covering domestic and technical area maintenance, external electric works, water supply systems, vehicle repair, and the maintenance of filtration plants and generators. Individual project values range from approximately 0.705 million to 0.996 million Rupees. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and appear on the approved list of MES in categories A through E. Those not on the MES list may still apply but must deposit defense savings equal to the relevant category. Contractors are required to submit applications for tender documents along with credentials and a certificate confirming they are not involved in any government litigation. Technical and financial applications must be received at the accepting office no later than 11:30 AM on 12 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same date.
