Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Eastern Zone CMG in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for various uplifting and beautification projects under ADP No. 949 for the 2025-26 financial year. The scope of work includes the illumination and beautification of public buildings inside Peshawar city, as well as extensive beautification efforts for primary schools, middle schools, and higher secondary schools and colleges. These projects are divided into five distinct lots with a combined estimated value of 200 million Rupees. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the PEC, KPPRA, and the C&W Department, maintaining an active status with the FBR. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure conducted through the e-PADS portal. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically and also send hard copies via registered courier to the Directorate's office at Bacha Khan Chowk. A two percent earnest money deposit is mandatory for each work item. All electronic submissions must be completed by 12:30 PM on 11 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 02:00 PM the same day
