Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites bids from qualified contractors for renovation work at its DHA Branch located in Bahawalpur, Punjab. This single-stage two-envelope procurement follows PPRA rules and covers construction and renovation services for the bank building. The estimated project cost is Rs 8,233,181 with a scope spanning structural, finishing, and compliance work. The project location is Bahawalpur, a major city in southern Punjab, and bidders must undertake completion within 45 days of work order issuance.
Eligible bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and provide a bid security of Rs 164,664 (2% of estimated cost) via bank guarantee or 1 Links digitally using a generated PSID number. All bid prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes such as GST and income tax; bids lacking tax details will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders must comply fully with the specifications and terms outlined in the bidding documents; alternative bids are not permitted.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be uploaded by 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM.
