Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Eastern Zone CMG in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for a major uplifting and beautification project covering multiple areas including Khalisa-II, Mahal Terai I and II, Sikandar Town, Hassan Garhi-I, Din Bahar, and Rashid Town. This procurement, part of ADP No. 949, follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The estimated cost for these beautification and improvement works is approximately 50 million Rupees. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, Local Council Board, and KPPRA, and must maintain an active status with the FBR. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically via the EPADS portal while also sending hard copies of technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes to the office at Bacha Khan Chowk. A 2 percent earnest money deposit of 1 million Rupees is required in the form of a call deposit. The deadline for electronic submission is 12:30 PM on 14 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day.
