The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids for the comprehensive repair, renovation, and upgradation of Block-A and the Chaudhary Shaerif Complex located behind Pir Ghaib Shah Mazar in Keamari. This government procurement is being conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PWD CSR 2022 standards. To be eligible, participating firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 or above, specifically holding specialization codes CE-10, CE-01, EE-11, BC-01, and BC-02. Additionally, applicants must be active taxpayers with valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registrations and provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or involved in active litigation. Interested bidders are required to submit their best and final prices through the EPADS portal, as no negotiations are permitted. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
