Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the uplifting and renovation of both the interior and exterior of the Custom Officer Colony located in Iqbal Town, Sattur Block. This government project has an estimated NIT cost of 59,612,450 Rupees and requires a bid security of 3,000,000 Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit. Interested contractors must be duly enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and possess a valid license. The bidding process will be conducted via the EPADS V2.0 system under a single-stage one-envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules. Eligibility criteria include the submission of professional tax registrations, valid PEC renewal, and completion certificates for similar natured works performed within the last ten years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 06 May 2026 at the Custom House, Nabha Road, for further clarifications. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 2:00 PM on 11 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 2:30 PM the same day.
