Description / Scope of Work
The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of disposables (medical devices) under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This is a framework agreement for the supply of various medical disposable items to support the healthcare infrastructure across Punjab province. The contract covers a range of medical consumables and single-use devices required by specialized healthcare facilities and medical education institutions operated by the department. Bidders must demonstrate their ability to supply items conforming to specified technical standards and quality requirements on a recurring basis throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, including SECP or NTN registration as applicable, and must not have been blacklisted or debarred from government procurement. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet, along with documentary evidence of their eligibility and the conformity of goods to technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders must possess valid business registration, tax clearance certificates, and product approvals or certifications as required for medical devices under Pakistani regulatory standards.
Bid documents are available and bidders must submit electronic bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (ep) by the deadline specified in the bid data sheet. Bids will be opened electronically by the procuring agency, and evaluation will proceed based on the criteria and weightages defined in Section IV.
