The Communication and Works Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for various Maintenance and Repair projects at the Governor's House for the 2025-26 fiscal year. Issued by the Executive Engineer of the 1st Building Division Lahore, this tender encompasses twenty-three distinct work packages ranging from the replacement of CCTV systems and air conditioning kits to the installation of fiberglass sheet sheds and significant plumbing repairs. Specific tasks include the replacement of door handles, kitchen cabinets, and tubewell main pipes, as well as extensive painting and electrical works across several residential and administrative blocks. Only firms prequalified by the Chief Engineer of the Punjab Buildings Department and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council licenses are eligible to participate. The procurement process is conducted strictly through the EPADS portal, requiring a two percent earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR or bank draft.
